i found the staff helpful and always ready. the private dining room worked perfect for our family. food was delicious with great flavor.
the lift was broken for the duration of my visit, so i used the stairs.

the bedding was acceptable. it was alright.
The pool was far too busy! i could not even get in, and nobody seemed to care. the breakfast was boring. I had an omelette that tasted like nothing special. it wasn't worth getting up for.

The room was modern and clean. a king size bed was really comfortable, i found. the location of the hotel suited me well. i appreciated the ample toiletries provided. If i needed more, i could ask.

a wonderful surprise
friendly staff great facilities excellent location clean room
i found the staff friendly and helpful (they were always smiling!). the hotel has great facilities, including a very nice pool and a well-equipped gym. the location is excellent, providing easy access to all major attractions. the room was very clean, large and very comfortable with luxe robes and an espresso machine.
the room was a bit too warm and i couldn't adjust the temperature to my liking. a little annoying, but that's all!

the breakfast had multiple options, including a choice of dishes prepared to order. the bar area looked well-stocked, with a great variety of drinks, and the staff were attentive, providing prompt service.
